Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Item must be in the same condition as when you received it
- Original proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Toilets (due to sanitary ware regulations)
- Toilet seats (unless unopened in original packaging)
- Used bathroom accessories
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include all accessories
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement product
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] (within 48 hours of delivery preferred)
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
